I've been working in the Capacity Building Team at HISP South Africa for the last 10 years, and have been involved with systems and training users most of my working life. My job mostly involves creating training materials and building courses on Moodle. My desire is to create really dynamic and engaging learning experiences online, through good curriculum and course design, professional video content, judicious use of innovative third party tools and a thorough understanding of what adult students most need in order to succeed.
