Celestin Hategeka is a Banting Postdoctoral Fellow at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health in the United States. Dr Hategeka studies health systems performance and policies targeting health systems improvement in order to generate evidence that can inform optimization of effective coverage of health interventions to ultimately improve health outcomes.
