PhD Scholar in Rural Development in Tribhuvan University, Nepal with over 20 years of professional experience in the different development fields - program planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. Greater experienced of program planning, monitoring and evaluation working with the Global Fund grants in Nepal (HIV, Tuberculosis & Malaria). Over 10 years professional experience in developing and implementation of Monitoring & Evaluation Plan, Performance Framework of HIV/AIDS, Malaria and TB programs under the Global Fund grants. Good communicator and fluent in English and Nepali languages. Capable of leading team to achieve programmatic goal and objectives in stipulated time. A team player with familiar Global Fund programs, Monitoring & Evaluation, Data Analysis and Data Quality Audit/Assurance (DQA), Routine Data Quality Assurance (RDQA), On-Site-Data Verification (OSDV). Has an ability to strengthen coordination and linkages between non – profit / bi-lateral / multi-lateral organization, P/NGOs and other line agencies at National/Regional level.
