I am passionate about public health in LMIC and about health equity worldwide. My current work is focused on breast cancer detection in low resource areas where mammograms are not readily accessible. Since 2016, PATH has been scaling up this model of breast cancer detection in Trujillo, Peru alongside the local and regional government health system. We are thrilled now be implementing DHIS2 within the health system to trace breast cancer patients. Looking forward to learning from DHIS2 users in other settings and other health sectors.
